STR: (Win7, Nightly 42.0a1 (2015-08-09)) 1. Open Customizing mode 2. Grab right (opposite of left) part of Bookmarks Toolbar Items 3. Try to drag it to the right (opposite of left) column in menu Result: [watch video] Can't do this. Expectations: This action shouldn't require grabbing the left part of Bookmarks Toolbar Items
