1193014 - Deactivate Gallery Pictures that won't be used for future events.

We have some thumbnails in the gallery that won't be used for future events, but can't be deleted because they're used for past events.  Examples include the Title Slides for the 2012, 2013, and 2014 Intern presentations.

We need a way to disable these so they don't show as choices in the request wizard or the gallery admin page.  

Let's add a "Deactivate" checkbox to each entry, and a Show Deactivated Images checkbox to the Gallery Admin Page so that there is a way to reverse errors or recover portraits if departed employees return to Mozilla.
