Details
(Whiteboard: [FXGrowth])
The Product and Growth teams are looking to add an A/B testing solution to Fennec.
Optimizely has been identified as a possible solution since no blocking concerns have been reported by our legal and privacy teams.
The next step in our review process is to determine what type of impact the SDK has on our app's performance.
We are looking for someone to help us make a test build with the SDK installed and to run benchmarks on the app.

We should probably benchmark 2 variations:
-without a test configured
-with a test configured
This way we can measure any differences in startup time.

Redirecting to Chenxia, who will be leading our A/B testing work on the engineering side.

I'm going to WONTFIX this for now, and redirect towards bug 1196897 since that is going to be our current approach. We can reopen this bug again if we decide that we want to try out Optimizely.
