After 4.5 days of uptime, with the setting being NOT enabled:
> 85 (100.0%) -- settings-observers-suspect
> └──85 (100.0%) ── referent(topic=dev.gaia.pinning_the_web)
The leak is probably coming from https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/blob/9a8880a95ee4a4aea7895d4e2bcab31bc49ea281/apps/system/js/app_chrome.js#L516
