I'd rather wait to see how often this happens, and figure out a better way to test this if it becomes a problem.
So these failures are really odd. Ryan, are you seeing timeouts in other tests that are installing this app? [1] Most of the time seems to be spent before any checks are actually made. I was hoping this would go away on its own, but it seems it hasn't.
