"Save link as" and "Save page as" does not saves the real name of the file

Details

When trying to save a file through the "Save link as" menu, the browser saves it
under the name that appears on the screen, and not the name in the link.
e.g. if i try to save the following link :
<a href="http://ltswww.epfl.ch/~aspert/patches/testgart.c">something dumb</a>,
the browser will save the file with name "Something dumb" instead of the
expected "testgart.c". 
"Save page as" also suffers from a similar trouble.
If it is a feature, it _is_ a bad one. If it is a bug.... well, you know the
rest ;-)

PS: I installed from Mozilla-0.9.7 RH7.2 RPMS
