Could you provide a website where the issue is visible, please.
In addition, could you test with a fresh profile:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

If you can't, the bug report will be closed as incomplete due to the lack of technical details you gave.

As a work-around, you could try pressing the Enter key when the right option in the list is highlighted.

True, since the update to ver. 40 dropdown selection is not working - ex. http://fashionchoice.bg/?product=pamuchna-maksi-riza-s-ka-s-ra-kav-v-desen-na-tsvetya

No color or size is selectable. Ver. 39 and before worked fine, works fine in all other browsers too, but not Mozilla 40.Change it back, pls!
