If you hit the compose button, and then immediately close the compose window the
resultant behaviour depends on whether or not you are using a signature. If you
are not using a signature, then the window closes without a prompt, however if
you are using a signature you are prompted to move the message to the Drafts
folder despite the fact that you have not typed anything. This is mildly annoying.

confirming this behavior on 2002-01-09-06 build.
I know there is already a bug on this but cannot find it.

I am not seeing this behavior in 1.5 Final, Win2K.
