Details
Reproducible on: Firefox 43.0a1, Firefox 42.0a2 and Firefox 41.0a1 across all platforms
STR
1.Launch Firefox with clean profile.
2.Install a complete theme from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/complete-themes/
3.Restart the browser.
4.Go to about:addons and select Appearance from left menu.
5.Enable the Dev Edition theme.
6.Restart the browser.
ER
Dev Edition theme is successfully enabled.
AR
[1] The Default theme is enabled instead of Dev Edition theme.
[2] None of themes are marked as being enabled. All are disabled. See screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/aLN4pxq.png
Additional notes:
- This issue is reproducible on Firefox 43.0a1 (2015-08-13) and Firefox 42.0a2 (2015-08-13) under Windows 7 64-bit, Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit and Mac OS X 10.10.4
- This issues is also reproducible on Firefox 41.0a1 (2015-05-12)

Can you please check if you see the same issue when enabling a different lightweight theme while the complete theme is enabled, or if this is just specific to the Dev Edition theme?

This issue is not reproducible when a lightweight theme is enabled. This is Developer Edition theme specific.
