I've experienced similar crashes several times, but I don't know exact steps for
reproducing it.

I was browsing pages on the Web with a couple windows open; one of them may have
had inline .pngs, but I don't know. I'll try to provide more info next time if
the crash happens again

I had this crash again while clicking from 

http://www.activision.com/brand.html 

to 

http://www.activision.com/games/wolfenstein/

I may have had another window open, and I had an HTTP download from
ftp.mozilla.org running in the background. Sorry this isn't much help.

This seems to happen sometimes (but not frequently) when leaving a site that has
Flash content.

Does not crash every time, but if you repeatedly reload the page you may be able
to get it to crash.

on Mac OS X 10.1.3

the latest version of the Flash plug-in.
