Description:
If the user attempts to bring down the search bar after opening a photo to attach in a message the search bar will not be visible.
Repro Steps:
Prereq: At least one image within gallery.
1) Update a Aries to 20150814042814
2) Select Messages
3) Select a Contact
4) Select Attach
5) Select an Image from Gallery
6) From the Crop screen attempt to pull down Search bar.
Actual:
Search bar does not appear, only the icons appear.
Expected:
It is expected that the search bar will appear for consistency.

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.5 and 2.2.
Result: Search bar does not appear, only the icons to the top right of the screen.

The crop screen is an activity window.
I think this test result should be correct since other activity windows also do not have search bar, such as file view opened from notification, Messaging Settings opened from Messages...
