Steps to reproduce:
I tapped on an app icon on the homescreen
Actual results:
app starts, but an ugly dotted outline appears around the icon. like in the attached image around the messages icon.
Expected results:
the same, but without the outline

the dotted outline is somewhere in the big merge of the new homescreen.
I did a checkout of this gaia commit dc4f4cb3069638f8a7c204958dfbf7c4b7cc3fcd
it is the last one before the merge of the new homescreen and the dotted outline is gone.
after checkout of commit c0aef6d09c9954204ce8824172c9ed8b9b35be19 its there again.

ftr, new homescreen does not affect old homescreen in any way whatsoever.
