Details

We should be able to measure how many people enable / disable the Dev Edition theme.  The main numbers I'd be interested in are:

* What percentage of DE users are disabling it
* What percentage of people use light vs dark
* What percentage of Nightly users (where it is non-default) are enabling it
* What percentage of Beta/Release users are jumping through hoops to enable it by installing https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/devedition-theme-enabler/
