After nsLookAndFeel::eFont_MessageBox implementation is changed by bug 1123654, list items of combox is changed from MS Gothic to Yu Gothic / Meiryo on Windows Japanese version.
Generally, dropdown list of combox should apply font: -moz-list instead of font: message-box. It defines as menulist > menupopup in toolkit/themes/windows/global/menu.css on Windows's theme.
