While working on bug 1194221 I found out we have several upper/lower case variations of the same strings in both the reference_data_signatures and job_type tables. We probably have the same problem in the platform-related tables. On the long term the solution for this is to use a case insensitive collation in our db schema. But in order to do that we need this bug to be solved.
