User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:43.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/43.0 Build ID: 20150818030209 Steps to reproduce: I keep Firefox's window in "restored" window mode, and I keep it slightly off-screen. Actual results: Upon restarting Firefox, it moves the Window back onto the screen, forcing me to manually move it back to its original position. Expected results: Firefox used to remember the position correctly, and it was changed for some reason (apparently a some end-users and multi-screen users keep losing their Firefox window) however I don't use multiple screens and instead of providing an option, at the very least in about:config, it was removed entirely. I would like to see it come back as an option, even if one only accessible in about:config
Hi Aeed, I've tested your scenario and indeed it behaves like you mentioned. I also tested the behavior of Internet Explorer and it behaves the same as Firefox now. Since this is the behavior of the native web browser app it seams normal to me that Firefox does the same. This could may be treated as an enhancement for future builds because I have tested this also on old Firefox releases and it seams to me that this was never something implemented. Thanks, Paul.
