"Page refresh" to color visited links

Sometimes when reading a large page with many links (the hypermail archives of
linux-kernel are what I'm thinking of here) it would be helpful to be able to
color the visited links. Yes, this can be done by reloading the page, but that
can sometimes be slow. Hopefully it would be easier (and faster!) to redraw the
page from cache, and update the color of the links from history while doing so.
Sort of like the "refresh" option some X window managers (like mwm) have that
used to come in handy in the bad old days when buggy X implementations would
sometimes leave junk laying around making you want to redraw the screen.
This would make things easier for those of us who a lot of their browsing using
the middle mouse button to open a link in a new window.

Not sure if this should be marked as a dupe of bug 78510 or not. Possibly this
would be easier to implement, since it would require a specific user action.

It doesn't make sense to fix this bug if we fix bug 78510 (to color them as soon
as you click it). Duping there, but if you disagree, then re-open this bug.
