STR:
1. Start Firefox
2. Start a conversation
3. Click Hello icon

Expected results: There are no layout issues.

Actual results: There is some extra space in footer 

Notes:
- Gif attached showing the issue.
This might be fixed with bug 1192372, but adding to the list for now.
