1196271 - Moving forward in a youtube video changes h264 support from true to false

Hiho.

(First: I am using the german version, so maybe the names for some things are not the right ones, please be visionary.)

This was a tricky one to figure out:

Normaly in "Help" - "Information for troubleshooting" the field for "H264 hardware support" is set to "true".

But I realised that sometimes it was "false". A new start of Firefox did set it to "true" again.

I just found out when it chanches:
Start Firefox, it is "true"
Open this Youtube Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pqs-3ZRdJCY
Watch a few seconds, thne move to another place in the video, wait till it starts again.
Open about:support , the entry is now "false"

I have checked this multiple times.
