We need two patches here:
1) Remove XULRunner from mozilla-beta release config, to be landed after the final 41.0 beta
2) Remove XULRunner from mozilla-release release config, to be landed prior to the 42.0 release goes to build (~2 weeks before release date)
We could probably rip out XULRunner support from automation too, though maybe not worthwhile since we're junking it when release promotion comes along anyways.
