Steps to reproduce:
1. Update to windows10 10525(and later)
2. In Windows setting - color select "show start ... color"
Actual results:
Firefox don't change the color of tabbrowser zone.
Expected results:
The color should be same with the theme used. Now Users can use CSS to change the color, but the problem is that if they want tabs show the same color as theme, they have to bare the 3 icons on top right corner which show two icons. Or they have to bare the 3 icons show other colors which is not the theme color.

Tested on a device with 1366*768 resolution ratio. The only bug for using this style is when hovering on close button "X" will not show.
