Reproducible with latest Developer Edition 42 (from 2015-08-19) with e10s enabled/disabled
Affected platforms Mac OS X 10.10.4, Windows 7 x64, Ubuntu 14.04 x32

Prerequisites: Webcam and microphone.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Developer Edition.
2. Navigate to https://vline.com/
3. Start a video chat.
4. Select your microphone and camera when prompted.

Expected result: Both devices are visible via doorhanger.

Actual result: Microphone select drop-down is not displayed.

Additional notes:
1. Unable to reproduce with latest Nightly 43, Nightly from 2015-08-11, 2015-08-13, 2015-07-12 nor with 41.0b2; Not reproducible with Android 4.2.1 (Asus Transformer Pad TF300T).
2. Manually performed regression range:
Last good Aurora: 2015-08-10
First bad Aurora: 2015-08-11
