User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:38.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/38.0
Build ID: 20150511103818
Steps to reproduce:
I just imported my bookmarks from HTML. They were put into a new folder. After that I copied them from there to the bookmarks toolbar.
Actual results:
They got copied in reverse order, so I had to arrange them manually, since there are no arrange options like reverse order in there.
Expected results:
They should have been copied in the order they were in the previous browser.
Summary: Bookmarks are copied in reverse order → Bookmarks are imported in reverse order from HTML file

I just tried this in FF 57 exporting 10 bookmarks which were in the toolbar folder, and then re-importing them. I then deleted the originals and copied the imported ones across.
However I copied or moved, they always maintained their expected order.
I'm therefore marking as WFM. If this still occurs, please reopen with extra detail on how to repeat.
