From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.7) Gecko/20011226 BuildID: 2001122617 clicking once in scroll bar scrolls 2 pages Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to http://www.petemoss.com/spamflames/ShifmanIsAMoronSpammer.html 2.click under the elevator in the vertical scrollbar. 3.repeat as needed. This happens 1 out of 2 or 1 out of 3 times. Actual Results: Frquently scroll 2 pages instead of one Expected Results: clickiing once should scroll one page. This happens on the noted build, as installed by RPM on redhat 7.2 This does NOT happen on build 2001122108 installed by tarball on redhat 6.0
