Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the layerscope viewer.
2. Connect to a device or browser to dump same frame data.
3. Keep clicking "Zoom in" or "Zoom out" button until it cannot be zoomed in/out anymore, i.e. the button becomes disabled.
Actual results:
The "Zoom in" or "Zoom out" tooltip persists, which covers the texture view.
Expected results:
The "Zoom in" or "Zoom out" tooltip timeout and disappear as normal.
it's basically a bug of jquery-ui-button. I will workaround this bug in bug 1198626
