From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.7) Gecko/20011226 BuildID: 2001122617 When loading http://www.att.com/ucs/ mozilla fails with an error "Unknown socket type. Loading aborted." If the URL is completed http://www.att.com/ucs/main.html the page loads just fine. This problem also exists with galeon. Could this be a problem with gecko? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Try loading http://www.att.com/ucs/ 2. Then try loading http://www.att.com/ucs/main.html Actual Results: The page failed to load. Expected Results: Assumed a default of index.html. If that failed, assumed main.html
The url redirects to an encrypted page and you did not install PSM. As a result, you cannot browse https pages. Please install the mozilla-psm RPM if you installed from RPM or install the PSM xpi if you installed with installer. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 47617 ***
