+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1165200 +++

In https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=988160#c13 , we get flickering during the bootAnim. And we don't handle the fence correctly for bootAnim.

The GonkDisplayJB::Post() should also consider the bootAnim or the normal case.

It's a trivial fix and we don't have test for JB, so I don't send a try.
