STR:   (Win7_64bit, Nightly 43.0a1 (2015-08-23) 32bit)
1.A) Click Menu button (≡)
1.B) Click dropmarker in urlbar/searchbar or type something so that suggestion appeared
2. Press F11 or F10
3. Wait ~5 seconds and repeat the same action you did in Step 2.

Result:       Popup menus have wrong position for ~10 seconds, even more.
Expectations: Popups should be displayed correctly

I can't reproduce (A) if australis menu (≡) is empty, but it's always reproducible with:
developer popup, history popup, overflow button (for narrow windows and many buttons on toolbar), downloads popup, pocket popup, hello popup.
