We want to have a segment for people who saw a link to external code samples. :groovecoder added that dimension to GA, so we just need to trigger that event when the links to external code samples are added to the page. This is the same thing we did on helpfulness: https://github.com/mozilla/kuma/pull/3282/files#diff-25a3d06887fce3344ebdad7742003900R16 The dimension for code samples is dimension8 (https://github.com/mozilla/kuma/pull/3276#issuecomment-131839740).
