Description:
If the user press and holds onto the scrubber and begins tapping else where on the level bar several times the sound level preview will become looped. This loop will continue until Settings is closed in card view.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150825022022
2) Select Settings > Sound
3) Under Volume press and hold onto the scrubber button.
4) While holding, begin tapping else where on the scrubber several times.
Actual:
Sound preview level will become looped.
Expected:
Sound level preview will not become looped regardless of where the user presses.

This issue DOES occur on the Flame 2.5.
Result: Sound preview level will become looped.

Tester bug and it seems minor since the user can stop it by moving the slider.
