Edit-Preference-Appearance-Themes: switch from classic to modern or vice versa
results in crash

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try to switch themes using preferences

Actual Results:  Mozilla crashed

Expected Results:  Theme should have changed

Assuming strings info.db gives the correct ID's,
see talkback id's TB1624246K and TB1624096H

Confirming on Linux 2002011108. TB1625831G. It doesn't crash via View/ApplyTheme
for me, only the icons to the left of the status bar won't change for the
original window.

Confirming on Linux RH 7.1, 2002-01-14 CVS pull. Crashes on me even with
View/Apply Theme. When was in-session theme-switching enabled again? I thought
it got disabled some months ago because of too many bugs ...
