1198939 - don't collapse away retriggers of orange jobs

I was looking at somebody's try results the other day and noticed something like:

 M ( 4 +16 )

where the 4 was orange.  The person wanted to know if the orange was an intermittent, so I checked the bug suggestions and it indeed was.  But I also clicked on the "+16" and found that the job had been automatically retriggered and come back green.

I can see the argument for auto-collapsing the retrigger ("if you don't see two oranges, then you know it was intermittent"), but this is not necessarily obvious to people, so it might be nice to show them that the job *was* retriggered and came back green, without having to guess what's going on or click through.

I think the same logic applies for manual retriggers, too.
