This bug is to investigate if we can import passwords from stock browsers the same way we do it right now on Fennec for Bookmarks and History. (sorry for the "user stories" but this was my first attempt to push stuff from Trello to Bugzilla, it wasn't Karen :))

How would this relate to the new Credentials API? That allows apps to "share" passwords.

We've decided to first meet with the SmartLock team at Google before using the Credentials API. For now, we've decided to focus on existing password manager, e.g. LastPass, as they have export functionality. So the bug is to allow import of most common formats that these managers provide: XML, JSON, CSV.

I don't know why this is tracking 45+, I don't think we need to track this.

Let's not use tracking-fennec to track new features. We can use Aha for this.
