This regressed upstream in https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/pull/4161, meaning that it's an SMask issue.

Reproduced the bug in firefox nightly 43.0a1 (2015-08-27) with windows 10 (64 bit) Verified as fixed with latest firefox beta 48.0b7 (Build ID: 20160711002726) Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:48.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/48.0

I have reproduced the bug in Firefox Nightly 43.0a1 (2015-08-27) with Linux Mint 64bit. The Bug's fix is verified on Latest beta 48.0b7 Build ID 20160711002726 User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:48.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/48.0 [bugday-20160713]
