1199731 - If some add-ons are being installed simultaneously, there's many close buttons in notification popup, and they do the same action

STR:   (Win7_64bit, Nightly 43.0a1 32bit   ID 20150828030205, new profile)
[I recommend you to go in bug 1199728 because it has the same STR. But result is different]

1. Open https://element.yandex.ru/ , click "Установить" to install extension
  (or open attached extension in bug 1199728 - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=8654222)
2. You will see popup. Click one of 2 close buttons in the popup

Result:       Clicking any of close buttons just closes popup.
Expectations: Either (A) or (B) should happen
           A) Clicking close button collapses the info about corresponding add-on.
           B) There's only one close button, and clicking it collapses the popup.

"dupeme" in whiteboard means that I haven't spent time searching for duplicates
