This was due to issues with our Stackato cluster which affected multiples sites, including nucleus.mozilla.org. Unlike www.mozilla.org or the www.allizom.org staging environment, the database backend for our dev and demo environments are wiped during every deploy, so the nucleus downtime resulted in this issue. Nucleus is back up and running as of ~1:41 PM PDT after the steps in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1200349#c6, and https://www-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/android/42.0a2/releasenotes/ is now working again.
