1) Mozilla alway starts up with page default "Letter". If aou set it to "A4"
this setting is forgotten as soon as Mozilla is terminated.

2) Mozilla does not remember printer selections. The print dialog is always
started with the same printer (not necessarily the system default printer),
regardless which selection has been made in this or a previous session.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. For problem A: select a page form, close Mozilla, restart Mozilla, open page
setup dialog.
For problem B: open print dialog, select a printer different from the selcted,
print. Open print dialog again.

Expected Results:  Settings should be remembered across sessions
