It seems that when I edit the username at the Saved Passwords window, the Last Changed column doesn't get updated. Even though that column shows the value of the attribute named `timePasswordChanged`, it should still represent the last changed date for any of the login attributes, and not only the password. STR: - Open the Saved Password window; - Double click a username field and edit it; - The Last Changed column stays the same.

Looks like this is still broken. When you edit the "Username" value under the "Saved Logins" window in about:preferences#security, the "Last Changed" value is never updated. I tried refreshing the page, restarting fx, closing and re-opening about:preferences etc.. However when you update the password field, the "Last Changed" value for that entry get's updated instantly. Tried on both OSX 10.11.1 and Win 10 on the latest m-c [BuildID: 20151125030231 Changeset: 099f695d3132]

This is intentional and is important for how breach warnings work.
