1200814 - the file Firefox Setup Stub 40.0.3.exe will not install. It says the download is incomplete

Steps to reproduce:

i downloaded the file 5 times and at the "end of the install" <the green bar gets to the end of the install part>. I get a message thst the download did not complete.


Actual results:

when i click the continue button the program stops. i have also tryed to install a file 'Firefox Setup 40.0.3.exe" that I was told to install, but it extracts fils then quits. there are no other windows our files left in the temp directory to use for an instsll. 


Expected results:

I love firefox ad really want to get it reinstalled on my computer,, buy the way i an running windows 7 sp1

The symptoms make it sound like disk space is low. Can you check and post in the bug the available disk space?

I am sorry I could not get back to you sooner today but I have not been felling good.
Any way I waited until later and at 4:00pm Alaska time an the program finally installed.
I have been testing it and so far every thing seems to be working.
As for the memory after the install I have 62 GB free. So I am guessing that there was 
a traffic problem either in the web or server.
