Please apply a patch from bug 1201023 first. I added bunch of RC4-only servers to the whitelist for ease of transition. I took these servers from bug 1124039 comment 58 with fixed servers and failed servers removed.

Updated dev doc for Firefox 44 since plan to disable RC4 by default was put on hold in Firefox 43 per bug 1207257. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Firefox/Releases/44#Security Novice editor; need review.
