tasks such as https://treeherder.allizom.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-central&filter-searchStr=taskcluster are using the old mozharness (from https://hg.mozilla.org/build/mozharness) which is no longer being maintained; instead we are using mozharness from gecko:testing/mozharness. To avoid issues with the two versions diverging, all builds should be using the in-tree version. For desktop builds, we handled this in bug 1197158, if you'd like to look at an example.
