120120 - horizontal line properties window does not show that line is centered

reproduce: always

1. Open composer
2. create a horizontal line by clicking on the horizontal line button on the
tool bar.
3. Double-click on the new horizontal line and change dimentions to "pixels"
instead of "% of window"
4. In alignment, choose center, and click OK
5. After line is centered and modified in size, double-click on horizontal line
again to get the horizontal properties window.  Notice that the alignment is
showing as left and not center, even though the line is still centered in composer.

Expected results: In the horizontal line properties menu, the "center" alignment
button should be selected.

Actual results: Whenever a horizontal line is centered, it displays it as left
aligned in the horizontal properties window, even if it is still centerd. 
Changing size isn't necessary.  Both left and right aligned display properly,
just not the "center" option.
