Details
This meta bug tracks work for implementing basic support for Firefox Hub addons - the concept of home panel addons that exist currently on Firefox for Android. More info can be found here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Add-ons/Firefox_for_Android/Firefox_Hub_Walkthrough. I'm mostly making this to collect my thoughts around this part of addon work.
User stories:
(As a user..) I want to customize the order of my panels to my liking so I can see my more used panels first
I want to be able to download a Firefox Hub addon from a web link
I want to replace one of my existing home panels with a Firefox Hub panel

(As an addon developer..) I want to be able to easily port an existing Firefox for Android Hub addon to iOS with minimal code changes
I want to have access to the Home.jsm, HomeProvider.jsm and Storage.jsm APIs
