Just doing some cleanup. The dev phase I called v4 has now ended, and the few bugs that weren't done can be dealt with later anyway. The only one that I really wished I could do was bug 1231457, but there are still questions as to how, where and when animated values should be displayed, so I prefer to close this v4 bug and work again on this later.
