[Actual Result]
SMS verification failed immediately
0.1.39 is fine

[Expected Result]
SMS verification should work fine

Reproduce with below STR, the reproduce rate is 1/5

1. Flash W593_USER_0824_EUR build
2. Install Whatsapp and ACL
3. Launch Whatsapp -> Enter phone number for SMS verification

There has chance encounter SMS verification fail

verify with ACL 0.1.52 and Whatsapp 2.12.252-omrel1.0.15, cannot reproduce again. Mark as WFM.
