Reproducible on: Firefox 43.0a1 down to Firefox 32.0a1 under Windows and Ubuntu

STR
1.Launch Firefox with clean profile.
2.Navigate to about:preferences.
3.Right click on Home Page text box.

ER
The Context menu is correctly displayed.

AR
Context menu does not have the right padding. Affected Context menus: 
- Home Page text box from General tab: http://i.imgur.com/hvqCFdu.jpg
- Keyword text box from Search tab: http://i.imgur.com/ZfXOALS.jpg

Additional notes:
- This issue is reproducible on Firefox 43.0a1 (2015-09-02) down to Firefox 32.0a1 (2014-05-22) under Windows 7 64-bit and Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit.
- The Search bar Context menu from Applications tab is correctly displayed.
- This issue does not reproduce on Mac 10.10.4.
- This issue is a regression.

This issue is not reproducible anymore using the latest Firefox 123.0 build on Win 10 and Ubuntu 22. I'm closing it as WFM.
