(Not 100% sure if Theme is the correct component for this - feel free to change.) The main browser windows have their window controls 2 pixels to the right of where they should be on Windows 7. Google Chrome also fails to position the controls correctly, and in fact gets it worse than Firefox. Only browser windows are affected - other windows like Library etc. are unaffected because they use standard window layouts.
In this close-up, the bottom window is correct, and the controls are 7px from the right edge. Firefox is 5px, and Chrome is 4px.
What DPI/"zoom"/"font size" setting are you using on Windows?

(In reply to :Gijs Kruitbosch from comment #2) They're all default/100%. I experience the same issue on 3 different Win7 machines - Home, Pro, and Ultimate.

Well, I guess nothing ever got done about this. Nobody uses Win7 any more. I'm going to unsubscribe from this bug and someone else can choose whether to verify it on a VM, or trash it.

Confirmed on my laptop running Windows 7 with Firefox 115.0.1 installed.

I'm just going to save everyone some time and close this as wontfix, since it's obviously never going to be looked at. I hope Mozilla gets more volunteers to triage bug reports sometime.
