For making SeaMonkey 2.38 Beta 1 public, we'll need to update the website.

Release notes <http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/seamonkey2.38/> contains some errors, simply search for "2.35" to find inappropriate Version numbers (like "... download SeaMonkey 2.35 Beta 1 ... ").
