1202669 - Current password change preferences panel looks like a new email address is also required

Nit-pick: I realize the text above the UI says "confirm password OR email address changes", but since everything is tightly grouped together, it looks like all fields must be filled in. I recommend the following:

Your current password is required to confirm password or email address changes. 

Current Password
[               ]

New Password      Confirm New Password
[               ] [                  ]

New Email Address
[               ]

I want to solve this so I tried the recommended way but I think the flow still suggests that all fields must be filled in. So I checked the flow of other sites and I think is better this way.
And also I changed the recommendations for the new password because they usually go under the new password field.

Do you agree?
