Like bug 1196809 but for pinned pages. Currently pinned pages only use the icons from the places database and won't use icons from web manifests.

We've discussed creating a data store to cache manifest data indexed by manifest URL which is then referenced from both the pinned sites (bookmarks) store and the pinned pages (places) store. This would allow us to cross-reference to get the best site icon for a page and create whatever specialised index we need in the homescreen.
Guillaume or Ben, has this been fixed with the latest site icon stuff?

This bug still needs to be fixed. It's a bit of work for few visible result but good for consistency.
